GtkExtra, plotting, surfaces and printing

Lots of new stuff in CVS. I've integrated GtkExtra-2 (the GtkPlot* bits
anyway) into the genius build. The plot window is now different in that
it uses GtkPlot to plot functions. In some ways it's not as good as what was
there before, but mostly it's vastly supperior. And now we have printing
and PS/EPS export (yay!) Also I've added a surface plotting thing since
GtkExtra has a 3d plot widget as well. See a screenshot:

Well, I just had to brag and this seems to be the right list to brag about
genius doing new things ...
