Switch from gnome-vfs to gio

Thanks for killing libgnome(ui)! Next up on the deprecated-libs
chopping block, may I suggest libgnome-vfs? It's been deprecated as of
GNOME2.22 in favor of libgio (part of glib as of 2.16). It looks like
the only gnome-vfs usage (as of genius-1.0.6) is in gnome-genius.c,
and it's just basic tests for file presence and access flags, reading
and writing. Gnome is trying to completely remove gnome-vfs from its
core libs, so would be great for end-user apps to migrate as well. For
